As an international publication dedicated to information technology law, The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law ("JCIL") is one of the few legal publications of its kind.

The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law publishes articles that are both scholarly and practical, keeping abreast of evolving technology issues in academia, government, business and private practice. It is read in over 35 countries, and counts among its subscribers major international corporations, universities, courts, and practitioners. Some of our more notable subscribers are Apple, Verizon, and Mayer Brown (the largest law firm in the world).

Most recently, The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law was the only law journal cited in an opinion issued by the United States Supreme Court on June 9th, 2008.

By combining commentary from experts in the technology and privacy fields as well as from students, JCIL is able to fully address the techno-legal issues of today.
